Just a reminder that there is another running club meeting on Monday night at FPC at 7:00 p.m. Hope to see you all there.
There has also been a group of us meeting to run on Sunday afternoons at Kunkle Lake at 2:45 p.m. There have been between 3-8 of us show up. It's been great and we welcome anyone else. It doesn't matter your speed or distance, it just makes it nice to show up and see somebody else out doing the same thing you are. Tomorrow might be a little chilly, but fun none the less. Bundle up and try it.

Ouabacheriverrunners I luved the WOOF. Does your club have a planned trail run on Sat morning during Jan? Or is there some one from your club that could run with us around the Park? I run with a small group of runners that usually start at dawn from Foster Park and run the green way at 8-9 min pace.
Thanks
Hi Joe-
I don't know if you'll check back here for your answer, but hopefully other people will leave comments here too for you. Glad you enjoyed the WOOF! Our club is supposed to meet Saturday mornings at 8:00, but during the winter it really hasn't worked out well. I run with some girls on Sunday afternoons, but we haven't been on the trails for several weeks, not real sure of the conditions right now. If you want to leave your email address we can contact you and see if we can find some people to meet up with your group. Thanks for your comment.

Jami,
I ran trail 5 Saturday afternoon. It was beautiful, but slow. You just can't get a good grip. Running on the trail really cuts down on the wind. If things warm up, let's head out there Sunday afternoon.
