Jamie- Now that Labor Day is over, a group will regularly meet Saturdays at Kunkle Lake parking lot to run 4.5 miles on trails. We will meet at 7am and plan to run about a 10:30 pace with a 10 minute run/1 minute walk. I assume we will not meet the Saturday of the Parlor City Trot. Thanks- Lynn
